Session packs auto-expire 60 days after activation if unused.
Arm or hip attachment: +GBP 4.00 per attachment, per session.
Each session permits one additional attachment. Use of a second attachment requires booking an additional session and incurs a +GBP 4.00 attachment fee.
Contrast knee: +GBP 5.00.
Contrast elbow: +GBP 5.00.
